It’s no secret that the food we eat is not what it used to be. In fact the soil we grow the food is not what it used to be. We then consume these nutrient deficient foods and we ourselves become deficient. The only way to compensate for this deficiency is to change our diet and eat more nutrient dense food or supplement with vitamins.
