Join Kristine Green as she teaches:

Exercise for Busy People,

Saturdays 8:45am- 9:45 , Starting June 5th ~

Exercise can bring you greater vitality, health, and keep your energized throughout your day.  The world is moving at lighting speeds these days and Kristine understands it can feel difficult to fit exercise into your daily/weekly routine. In this class Kristine will teach simple techniques and exercises that you can incorporate into your life in 30 minutes or less and still gain all the great benefits exercise has to offer: stress relief, improved overall body-systems functioning, and greater stamina.

Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers to each class. Bring a bottle of water and ensure you stay hydrated.

Cost:

First Class is $5 or Free when you bring you a friend, (MUST RSVP)

$15 Drop-in

5 Class Pass: $60 (classes drop to $12/each)

10 Class Pass; $100 (classes drop to $10 each)

*Can use class passes for both Kundalini Yoga and Exercise Classes.
