Details about Class:
Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness and combines breath work, simple physical body movements and postures, sound/voice work, hand positions, relaxation, and meditation. Every Class is open to all levels, no experience necessary. Wear loose comfortable clothing, and bring a mat, towel, blanket, or small rug to practice upon.
Classes will be taught by Natalia “Hari Gopal”.
Natalia or “Hari Gopal” as she is known in Yogic Circles, is a certified teacher of Kundalini Yoga who has been facilitating classes for over 7 years where she has taught people how to access their limitless potential, feel great within their bodies, and quiet their minds.

First Class is $5 or Free when you bring you a friend, (MUST RSVP)
$15 Drop-in
5 Class Pass: $60 (classes drop to $12/each)
10 Class Pass; $100 (classes drop to $10 each)
*Can use class passes for both Kundalini Yoga and Exercise Classes.
